Centrepiece of production|生产核心：成型

Once the raw materials that we need to produce our risers have been mixed in our fully automatic mixing plant, they enter the centrepiece of our production: the core shooter. ln the core shooter, quartz sand mixed with a binding agent is shot into the box. The riser then goes straight into the oven and is then left to cool. 

生产冒口所需的原材料在我们的全自动混合设备中混合后，就进入了生产的核心环节：成型。

在成型过程中，石英砂与粘合剂、发热材料混合后被投入射芯设备中。射芯后冒口直接进烘箱烘烤定型，冷却。
